Double Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

These Double Chocolate Coconut Macaroons are loaded with rich chocolatey flavor – the perfect twist on a classic!

  1. 3 large egg whites
  2. 1/4 c. Truvia Baking Blend
  3. 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  4. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  5. 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  6. 1 14 oz. package sweetened shredded coconut
  7. 3/4 c. mini chocolate chips divided

  1. Heat oven to 325°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together egg whites, Truvia Baking Blend, vanilla and salt until Truvia is dissolved.
  3. Fold in cocoa powder and coconut, stirring until evenly combined.
