Gooey S’mores Bars

These gooey s’mores bars are mess free, campfire free, feed a crowd, and are just as delicious as traditional s’mores.

Servings : 18

  • 2 cups graham cracker, crushed 2 sleeves
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups marshmallows large or small marshmallows will work

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter. Press into a greased 9×13 pan.
  3. Pour and spread the sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Sprinkle on both kinds of chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  6. Place marshmallows on top in an even layer *if using large marshmallows, cut them in half*
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows turn a light golden brown. *Watch carefully!!*
  8. Refrigerate at least 30-60 minutes prior to serving.
